Job Details:

• Salary: $2600 -$3000 (depends on experiences)
• Working Hour: 5 days' work week
• Working Location: Hemmant Road (Paya Lebar)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support, handle inquiries, and guide individuals on lost item retrieval.
• Communicate professionally via in-person, phone, or email.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties for efficient returns.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.
• Accurately key in data and details into the database or system.
• Sort and categorize items based on their description and category.
• Follow procedures and protocols for handling items, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing the activities,.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of records and the availability of lost item
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
