JOB OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a Guest Services Associate to join our team at the new golf driving range in Joo Koon. You'll be the first point of contact, greeting customers, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth experience. If you're friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about customer service with an interest in golf or sports, we'd love to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome guests, assist with check-ins and equipment rentals.
• Answer calls, manage customer requests, and provide information about services, promotions, and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and guest facilities.
• Address guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote membership packages and upsell services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays (in-house meals provided).
• No experience required, though prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to interact with foreign customers and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
