What you'll be doing

• Support daily operations of systems, ensuring functionality for Diagnostic Imaging users
• Handle image amendments and maintain data integrity
• Troubleshoot and escalate system issues to vendors/ IT
• Handle image imports/ exports and data de-identification in accordance with hospital policies
• Coordinate system changes and support implementation projects
• Assist with image import/ export and data de-identification
• Coordinate system changes and support implementation projects
• Contribute to AI integration and ongoing IT enhancements
• Perform tasks as assigned by Imaging Informatics Manager/ HOD

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related studies
• Training is provided
• Basic understanding of IT and network concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment
