Bob the Baker Boy is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our fast-paced and passionate team. You'll be the voice of the brand-helping customers with their cake orders, replying to messages and tickets, and assisting in ensuring all morning deliveries run smoothly.
We need someone bright, efficient, and calm under pressure. Someone who shows up early, smiles often, and isn't afraid of multitasking.

What You'll Do:
\t• \tAnswer customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Zendesk, email, and calls
\t• \tHelp customers make or adjust cake orders
\t• \tAssist with dispatches-ensuring cakes are packed and sent off correctly in the morning
\t• \tWork closely with the kitchen and delivery teams to solve any issues before they affect the customer
\t• \tFlag any unusual cases to your team lead, and step in to help wherever needed

What We're Looking For:
\t• \tPrior customer service experience (bonus if it's in retail, food, or online sales)
\t• \tAble to communicate fluently in English (Mandarin is a plus)
\t• \tCan handle computers, messaging platforms, and learn new systems quickly (Zendesk experience is a bonus)
\t• \tPositive attitude, good energy, and willingness to learn fast
\t• \tAble to commit to early start time (7:30 AM sharp) and work 5/6 days/ alternate week

Working Hours:
\t• \t5/6 days/ alternate week (Able to work on weekends / Public holidays) Rest day fall on weekdays.
\t• \tStart time: 7:30 AM
\t• \tLocation: Pandan Loop (near Clementi MRT)
