- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing timely and accurate information regarding property availability, pricing, features, and the purchase/rental process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, anticipating their concerns, and providing personalized assistance.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex matters to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Property Management, and Legal to address customer requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or renters, showcasing property features and answering their questions.
- Assist customers with the documentation and processes related to property purchase, sale, or lease agreements, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our processes and services, providing valuable insights to the management team.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.
- Stay informed about the company's projects, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and consistent information to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Perform other administrative and customer-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and empathetically.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of real estate processes and regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
