Location:  Capital Square
Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 11am to 8pm (Work in office)

• Saturday: 1pm to 5pm (Work from home)

• 5.5 days work week

Salary: $3,000 to $5,000 + 1.5 months bonus (performance & completion-based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels

• Confidently manage customer inquiries and objections

• Meet and exceed conversion targets such as contact and appointment rates

• Ensure accurate documentation of activities, leads, and appointment details

• Adhere strictly to regulations and maintain high quality standards during all call activities
