Customer Relationship Officer (12-Month Contract)

Job Description:

• Manage customer inquiries related to a full suite of banking products, including personal and corporate accounts, loans, deposits, and cards.

• Troubleshoot issues and address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Provide detailed product/service information to customers as needed.

• Work in a dynamic call center environment, offering assistance over the phone.

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

• Sat: 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Please note:
Candidates should be open to shift work. After conversion to permanent status, working hours will include shifts from 9 AM to 12 midnight (Mon-Sun), including public holidays. You will be expected to work 44 hours per week.
A bi-weekly duty roster will be provided.
Transport reimbursement is available if your shift ends at or after 10:30 PM.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must be open to working shift duties after contract conversion to permanent status

• Salary: S$2,800 to S$3,500 per month
