Summary :

• Basic up to $2600 + OT
• West / East

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide customer support through phone and email.
• Prepare shipping and import/export documents according to standard procedures, and invoice orders once shipments are completed.
• Track shipments to ensure they are cleared and delivered on time.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing tasks meet performance targets.
• Coordinate with the supervisor on warehouse operations.
• Work with other departments to complete orders and meet delivery deadlines.
• Keep inventory records accurate and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workplace.
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements :

• Minimum with O Level Certificate
• Entry Level is welcome to apply as training provided
