Responsibilities :
  • Interact with customers in person, answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries via email, and provide necessary information.
  • Provide information about products or services.
  • Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and address complaints.
  • Handle operation-related documents and daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist with billing, payments, and account management.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisor.


Requirements :
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Relevant experiences will be advantage
