• Responsible and demonstrate CSO etiquette.

• Ensure good customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Min 1 year working experience in related field

• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

• Knowledge of CRM systems.

• Computer skills.

Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
