Job Description
Requirements
- Schedule appointments, manage the workflow with technicians and the parts department
- Escalating the problem to the supervisor, in charge, or team
- Follow up proactively with the customer to update them on the vehicle status
- Resolves customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer care, warmly welcoming customers with a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College and Professional Certificate/NiTEC in the Education Level
- Minimum 2 year experience (Candidate with no experience but with good attitude will also be considered).
- Good communications skills in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
- Able to work independently and a good team player with initiative.
- Computer literate & proficient in microsoft office & excel
