Job Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist with check-in/check-out procedures professionally
• Accurately register patient details and communicate case updates to clients
• Manage calls, appointments, and payment transactions with attention to detail
• Ensure front desk cleanliness and a calm reception environment
• Coordinate with the veterinary team to support workflow during busy or emergency periods

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or clinical administrative roles preferred
• Willing to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Good communication skills and a strong commitment to client and patient care
