Key Responsibilities:

• Provide informations to customers enquiries related to directional and rewards redemptions
• Handle of cash register for event sales
• Handle vouchers redemptions
• Assist in activating gift cards
• Ensure stock quantities are accounted for

Key Requirements:

• GCE "O" Level with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Proactive, resourceful, and adept at problem-solving
• Confident and comfortable interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds
• Flexible to work on rotating shifts
