Location: Tuas (Transport provided at Jurong East)

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5pm, Alt. Sat, 9am to 12pm

Salary: $2000 to $2400

Job responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone and email.
• Prepare accurate shipping and import/export documents in line with SOPs, and invoice orders upon shipment closure.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
• Support warehouse coordination and collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain up-to-date records.
• Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for all logistics activities.
