The Job
  • Engage with customers via phone and email to respond to enquiries regarding products, RFQs, and deliveries.
  • Prepare shipping and import/export documents and ensure shipments (inbound & outbound) are tracked and delivered on time
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Extract, compile, and analyze data using Microsoft Office Suite to support business reporting.

The Talent
  • Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent academic qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service or administrative support
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate across departments
