Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Service Executive, customer-facing role, to join our growing team. You'll play a key part in daily customer service & operations.

Need to have experiences in retail space exposure, basic compter skills, pleasant voice, with friendly and bubbly vibes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer-relation-management softwares (whatsapp-based).
  • Operate Blooms' app backend system (training will be provided).
  • Deal with walk-in & app-booking customers, explain service contents to them, assist them in bookings.
  • Educate and demostrate Blooms' app use to customers.
  • Business operations.
  • Serve customers at shop front on weekends.
