Responsibilities

• Handle patient feedback and escalate to Service Team Leader or Service Executive as needed.
• Perform accurate registration and screening of patients, ensuring data privacy and security.
• Ensure accurate billing and prompt payment collection on the same day.
• Maintain readiness of clinic facilities, including patient waiting areas and self-service kiosks.
• Assist clinicians and therapists to ensure smooth clinic consultations.
• Coordinate care for patients, including scheduling first and follow-up appointments.
• Manage wait times and provide timely updates to patients.
• Be flexible and prepared for deployment across all clinics as required.
• Promote patient engagement with self-service kiosks and the mobile application.
• Comply with all clinic, department, and hospital policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support other tasks assigned by the clinic/nurse manager, service team leader, and/or service executive (e.g., administrative duties, data/statistics reporting).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "N" level or equivalent with relevant healthcare experience.
• Experience in healthcare or service-related industries preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
