Key Responsibilities:
• \tManage incoming calls, messages, and inquiries via all social media platforms, emails, and other communication channels.
• \tProvide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information about our treatments and products to patients and potential clients.
• \tAssist customers in scheduling appointments, making changes to appointments, and providing reminders.
• \tCollaborate with the operation team to ensure customer queries are addressed.
• \tMaintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
• \tKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• \tCalling of leads to book appointment and ensure appointment is turned up.
Job Specification:
• \t5 working days + 1 alt Sat; 10AM -7PM
• \tExperience in Beauty, Wellness or Aesthetic industry is a MUST
• \tProven customer support experience or experience in beauty services industry.
• \tStrong messaging and phone handling skills and active listening.
• \tFamiliarity with CRM systems and practices.
• \tExcellent communication and presentation skills.
