About Our Client
My client is a biotechnology company specializing in the development and supply of research tools for life scientists. Their product portfolio includes antibodies, proteins, assays, and reagents used in areas such as drug discovery, diagnostics, and basic research.
Job Description
- Support end customers and distributors across APAC, including Japan, by addressing a broad range of inquiries such as delivery schedules, stock levels, documentation, and quotations
- Process and oversee orders from Japanese partners
- Manage incoming queries through multiple channels-phone, email, and live chat
- Handle critical support cases, including complaints and escalations, ensuring swift and effective resolution
- Take full ownership of each customer case from start to finish, keeping them well-informed throughout their journey
The Successful Applicant
- A strong customer-first mindset, with tNPS as a key performance indicator
- Proactive approach to resolving customer issues and taking initiative
- Ability to manage objections with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
- Fluency in Japanese as this is a Customer services role specifically for the Japanese market and Japanese end-users groups.
