Your key responsibilities include:

- Managing the business in the shop.

- Handle all sales and enquiries.

- Managing and engaging our clients.

- Actively support laundry operations in meeting client needs and requests.

- Ensure proper pricing and checking of orders.

- Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of the clients.

- Work closely with the Operations Manager to handle operational matters.

Working hours:

- 44 hours work week, including Sundays & Public Holidays

- Full-time or Part-time

Requirements:

- Good command of English

- Good communication skills

- Enthusiatic and engaging personality

- Polite and patient

- PC literate

- Only Singaporeans / PRs need apply
