Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow key customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service requests with professionalism and urgency.
  • Promote the company's marine engine repair, servicing, and spares supply capabilities to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery and troubleshooting support.
  • Coordinate and follow up on service jobs, parts delivery, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing to align efforts in driving business growth.
  • Maintain detailed and organized customer records, quotations, and correspondence.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer account management, preferably within the marine, engineering, or related industrial sectors.
  • Solid understanding of marine engine systems, servicing workflows, and spare parts supply chain is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and project coordination.
  • Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
