Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs and follow through on requests.
- Think through processes to identify potential improvements and workarounds.
- Assist in order processing, billing inquiries, and other administrative support tasks.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; diploma preferred.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and email communications.
- Smart and able to think through processes and solutions independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
