• Position : Customer Service Officer (Basic IT knowledge)
• Location : Aljunied - (Nearest MRT: Aljunied)
• Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross Up to $3000 + Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Education - School Uniforms

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email,
• Provide basic troubleshooting for common technical/system-related issues
• Guide customers on system navigation or application processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer requests or escalations
• Maintain records of interactions and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service preferred
• Basic IT knowledge (e.g., able to understand web-based systems, troubleshoot login or usage issues)
• Patient, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable using CRM or support ticket systems (training can be provided)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers who can converse in Mandarin only.
