Job Requirements
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support the sales and logistics teams by providing customer updates and delivery follow-ups
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer journey from order to delivery
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
