Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Support the sales and logistics teams by providing customer updates and delivery follow-ups
  • Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer journey from order to delivery
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Team player with a positive attitude and service mindset
