Job Purpose:
- Ensure smooth coordination of shipments and excellent customer service provide to customers.
Job Description:
- Provide sales support to Sales & Customer Services Department
- Preparing of quotation to customers, follow-up on sales enquiries
- Taking and placing of bookings
- Telemarketing to promote company's services
- Coordinate all import & export shipments with overseas and local agents (in Japanese)
- Preparing of billing to customers
- Liaise with Carriers/Shipping Line, Co-loaders for attractive rate
- Liaise with internal and external customers
- Ensuring all data manifest are accurate for all shipments
- Outdoor coordination with Japanese customers when required
- Comply and meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 for Integrated Management System
- Ensure achieve IMS Policy and IMS objective
- Other administrative and ad-hoc duties
Job Description:
- At least Diploma/O' levels with 1-2 year's relevant experience
- Able to write and speak fluent Japanese (business level) as communication in Japanese is necessary while dealing with Japanese clients.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to perform in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Possess good analytical skills and team player
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
- Experience in Ocean and Air freight preferred.
