Requirements
  1. Willing to work in Tuas
  2. Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  3. Min 1 year experience in 3PL industry (Understand incoterm)
  4. Able to converse in English (Mandarin will be advantage as need to communicate with Chinese Speaking Clients)


Job Description

Responsible for all customer service-related scope of work, including but not limited to:

i) Coordinate shipment

ii) Update clients

iii) Rates update and negotiation

iv) Shipping Document

v) Billing and invoicing

Maintain good relationship with clients

Ensuring shipment status is updated on daily basis

Any administrative work

Coordinate with vendors or suppliers on job arrangements

Keeping records and filings in good order

Performs other job-related functions as and when required by supervisor.
