Job Description
Requirements
- Counter reception and registration of patients
- Answering telephone & arranging appointments
- Confirmation of patients' appointments
- Stock taking and ordering of dental materials
- Calling up and sending out and collection of works from dental laboratories
- Responsible for daily collections and accounts
- Arranging of appointment with dental suppliers
- Submission of CHAS and generate reports
- Liaising with patients via email and calls
- Ensuring smooth flow of patients
- Ensuring positive patient experience in the clinic
- Patient ambassador
- Treatment coordinator
- Invoice and tax receipt filing
- In charge of duty roster for Dental Surgery Assistants
Requirements
- Customer service and people oriented
- Confident, energetic and cheerful personality
- Has basic computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and work with your hands.
- Pride in keeping work environment neat and tidy
- Punctuality and reliability as a member of the service delivery team
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Fluency in spoken Chinese
- Dental Clinic experience is an advantage
- Multi task
- Able to work on weekday nights
