Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and order requests
  • Schedule and assign jobs to drivers and coordinate operational logistics
  • Monitor and follow up on order fulfilment and ensure timely deliveries
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Perform general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in operations, logistics, or the waste management industry is advantageous
  • Strong multitasking, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, high emotional intelligence, and good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with system-based workflows
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (Chinese language skills are an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients, but not a requirement)
