- Handle incoming customer calls and order requests
- Schedule and assign jobs to drivers and coordinate operational logistics
- Monitor and follow up on order fulfilment and ensure timely deliveries
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless daily operations
- Perform general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, or the waste management industry is advantageous
- Strong multitasking, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, high emotional intelligence, and good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with system-based workflows
- Able to communicate effectively in English (Chinese language skills are an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients, but not a requirement)
