• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
• Position Title: Customer Service Assistant
• Working Location: Pioneer (Transport Provided)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and deliver relevant service information.
• Prepare and process customer job orders, ensuring tasks are executed promptly and accurately.
• Work closely with the warehouse operations team to coordinate activities.
• Compile and produce weekly and monthly reports on inventory, stock levels, and billing.
• Communicate with customers to resolve questions and provide updates.
• Verify, record, and document all completed assignments thoroughly.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.

• Prior customer service experience in logistics/ warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
