  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Initiate follow-up calls to clients and coordinate appointment scheduling
  • Able to perform basic audiological tests will be an advantage (on the job training will be provided)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales / retail / frontline customer service
  • Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  • Spoken Mandarin is required and the ability to speak a local dialect would be an advantage
  • Able to multi-task, possess drive and initiative, and able to work meticulously with little supervision
  • Provide administrative support & operation support to ensure smooth daily operation
  • To cover duties of other colleague in their absence
  • Undertake other relevant duties as directed by superior
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
