- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Initiate follow-up calls to clients and coordinate appointment scheduling
- Able to perform basic audiological tests will be an advantage (on the job training will be provided)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales / retail / frontline customer service
- Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Spoken Mandarin is required and the ability to speak a local dialect would be an advantage
- Able to multi-task, possess drive and initiative, and able to work meticulously with little supervision
- Provide administrative support & operation support to ensure smooth daily operation
- To cover duties of other colleague in their absence
- Undertake other relevant duties as directed by superior
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
