ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Service Executive will mainly support all campaigns focusing on the new audience segment of group buy projects and to build a community within the audience segment. The project aims to provide the necessary appliances for a house based on the house type, owners' needs and product price range.

The Customer Service Executive will mainly support all campaigns focusing on the new audience segment of group buy projects and to build a community within the audience segment. The project aims to provide the necessary appliances for a house based on the house type, owners' needs and product price range.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
- Development of key marketing messages and integrated plans, content and creative works for B2C lead generation campaigns.
- Support the development of collaterals to promote and sell our products, handle requests and enquiries on promos, assist in creating special bundle packages for different segment of customers
- Set up and manage the telegram community for Group Buy and ID Projects
- Planning of community engagement events
- Conduct canvassing call to generate leads
- Research and develop competitor analysis
- Generate report and evaluate campaign performance
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders, both internal business units and external vendor & agencies
- Monitoring and reply enquiries and feedback on social and communication platforms (ie, FB, IG, Whatsapp, Telegram, Email, Google review)
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing activities
- Good working knowledge of social media platforms
- Experience in planning and organizing physical events
- Highly organized and able to perform under pressure
- Able to effectively implement creative ideas and solutions, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and good verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, driven and dynamic, the candidate needs to work well as a team player, and to work independently when required.
