Job description

Responsibilities You will manage customer accounts and be the point of contact for customers. You will be required to adopt a customer centric and professional approach with a high level of service quality in your interactions with the customer. You will also answer sales and general enquiries from customers.

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level or 1 year of credit control/collection experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented
  • Be Self- driven and prepared to take on new Challenges
  • Have Initiative patient and mature in thinking
  • Meticulous and analytical
  • Be able to work under tight timelines and pressure
  • Be Proficient in MS office
  • Singaporean

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months
