POSITION: Customer Service Specialist
Job Description :
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Processing customer orders.
• Provide quotation to customers.
• Provide monthly sales report or monthly projected sales revenue to Taiwan office.
• Liaise with the factory or supplier to provide solutions for customers.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Knowing our products well so that you can answer customer questions.
• Arrange for both local and overseas (import/ export) shipment with freight forwarder and monitor the shipment delivery status to desires locations.
• Handle and monitor procurement related matters, constantly follow up on order status and delivery schedule with suppliers.
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent required or fresh graduate. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends, if necessary.
• Demonstrate and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with counterparts in Taiwan).
