- Handle correspondence and inquiries via email, phone and in-person interactions.
- Maintain organized records of students.
- Assist with student services, including admissions inquiries and processing.
- Compile and send student progress reports.
- Manage the scheduling of classes, workshops and events.
- Conduct trial classes for students and update parents on the outcomes.
- Introduce the company's courses to parents.
- Observe children's learning progress, prepare reports, and discuss them with parents.
- Manage facilities, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Coordinate events and exhibitions, from planning to execution.
- Assist with marketing and communications efforts, including social media and promotional materials.
- Provide customer service for courses, offering professional explanations and answering parents' questions.
Requirements
- Availability to work weekends (Thursday to Monday, off on Tuesday and Wednesday)
- Good communication skills
- Computer knowledge is a must.
Other Information:
- 44 working hours a week (Weekend job)
- You will work 5 days a week
- Working Location: Toa Payoh, Hougang Minton, Jurong West, West Coast, Yishun, Orchard, Woodlands, Ang Mo Kio, Yishun
