Job Scope
  • Handle correspondence and inquiries via email, phone and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain organized records of students.
  • Assist with student services, including admissions inquiries and processing.
  • Compile and send student progress reports.
  • Manage the scheduling of classes, workshops and events.
  • Conduct trial classes for students and update parents on the outcomes.
  • Introduce the company's courses to parents.
  • Observe children's learning progress, prepare reports, and discuss them with parents.
  • Manage facilities, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
  • Coordinate events and exhibitions, from planning to execution.
  • Assist with marketing and communications efforts, including social media and promotional materials.
  • Provide customer service for courses, offering professional explanations and answering parents' questions.

Requirements
  • Availability to work weekends (Thursday to Monday, off on Tuesday and Wednesday)
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer knowledge is a must.

Other Information:
  • 44 working hours a week (Weekend job)
  • You will work 5 days a week
  • Working Location: Toa Payoh, Hougang Minton, Jurong West, West Coast, Yishun, Orchard, Woodlands, Ang Mo Kio, Yishun
