Job Description
Job Requirements
- Provide technical support by assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of troubleshooting steps and problem resolution in the ticketing system to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Efficiently log, prioritize, and manage all user queries, incidents, and requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved technical issues promptly, ensuring continuous progress and swift solutions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure complete user satisfaction and build strong, positive relationships with all end-users.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT or a related field.
- Friendly and approachable attitude with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to end-users.
- Prior experience in IT helpdesk is an advantage.
- Committed, proactive, and dynamic attitude toward work, with a focus on achieving goals and continuously improving service quality.
- Work Schedule: 5.5 Days per Week (alternate Saturday)
