Customer Service Coordinator (Logistics, Shipments) SW228
Job Description
Responsible for managing and processing the day-to-day incoming/ outgoing data from customers. This includes overseeing the receiving, storage and distribution of products and monitoring the accuracy of inventory records. To ensure that all processes are completed in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintaining good relationships with external stakeholders - Customers, freight forwarders, carriers and subcontractors as well as internal stakeholders - Operations Team, Finance, etc. to achieve a seamless import and export arrangement.
List the primary job duties and responsibilities:
1. Provide customer service support via phone and email.
2. Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed.
3. Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
4. Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
5. Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
6. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
7. Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
8. Perform of general housekeeping within the workplace
9. Maintain a safe working environment.
10. Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
• 1-2 years of experience as the same or similar role is advantageous
• Require basic knowledge of computer (e.g. Excel, Words etc.)
• Person who can work with patience, flexibility, and hospitability
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00~17:30, Alternative Sat 9:00~13:00(2 fixed days per month)
