Job Responsibilites

• Responsible for customer repair quotations adhere to approval policy and managing customer timely approval to meet sales target.
• In charge of being timely and accurate entering of sales orders, amendments and engineering changes into ERP system.
• Ensuring of keeping customers updated on the status of their parts through weekly reports, customized reports and customer web base reports.
• Responsible for reviewing POs, Contracts, and correspond with customers to address PO discrepancies and ensure compliance to PO requirements .
• Close monitoring of business-related activities till complete closure
• In charge of coordinating with other departments in resolving problems, expediting orders and managing shipment schedules.
• Handle customers' enquiries including managing customer relationship; know when to escalate an issue to higher management.
• Update customers' profiles, master pricing and product repair pricing in the ERP system.
• Timely prepare Repair Capability Listing / Catalogue and load into web page.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement innovative solutions to meet customers' requirements and optimize customer service processes.
• Support generating department reports for management review and discussion.
• Support and participate in customer RFQ processes using Financial models.
• Provide backup duties within the Customer Service team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Business or Engineering or related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ERP
