Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support via phone and email.
- Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed.
- Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
- Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
- Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Perform of general housekeeping within the workplace
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Location : 29 Tuas Ave 13 Singapore 638995
Working Hour : 5.25days (Mon-Fri 08.30am - 5.30pm)
(Sat 08.30am - 12.30pm)

Requirements:
- Preferably with minimum 1-year relevant office working experience or at least O level.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and good with teamwork.
- Highly driven with a positive attitude, customer-centric mindset with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will be an advantage.
