Position: Airfreight Customer Services

  • Basic Salary: $2,800 - $3,200
  • Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 1pm)
  • Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries related to airfreight shipments (export/import)
  • Provide timely shipment updates to customers
  • Coordinate with operations, airlines, and transport teams to meet customer requirements
  • Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and necessary shipping documents
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints or service issues
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Support the operations team with documentation and follow-ups when required

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in airfreight customer service or logistics
  • Good understanding of airfreight operations and documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems
