- Handling customer inquiries, uncovering customer's needs and recommending suitable products and solutions and Work closely with customer to understand customer requirements and meet customer expectations.
- Strong interest in customer service and relationship-building.
- Responsible for order processing, rescheduling and expedites orders and etc.
- Coordinate with local logistics for the order delivery or customer self-collection.
- Communication and working as a team with across departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
- System entry purchase order and sales order.
Requirement:
• The role requires frequent communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and manufacturers. Therefore, proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is necessary to perform this function effectively.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service related work experience will add advantage.
• Knowledge in MS Office, Excel, Words, Outlook etc.
