Helpdesk Responsibilities:
Data Center Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and onsite assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Log incidents and service requests accurately in the IT ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant support teams
- Perform user account management (e.g., password resets, access rights)
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
- Support IT onboarding and offboarding activities
- Provide end-user guidance and training on IT tools and best practices
Data Center Responsibilities:
- Perform smart hand support for servers, and network equipment
- Perform basic installation for routers and switches
- Perform physical setup including racking, cabling, and patch panel management
- Replace faulty hardware components and coordinate vendor support when needed
