Guest Experience Specialist (Front of House) | Up to $4,000++ | 5-Day Week | South Singapore

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcome Guests Warmly: Greet every guest with professionalism and a genuine smile
• Take Orders Confidently: Accurately handle food and beverage orders, with upselling where appropriate
• Provide Fast, Friendly Service: Respond to guest requests and feedback in a timely, positive manner
• Support Smooth Operations: Assist in restaurant set-up, maintain cleanliness, and help manage reservations
• Assist with Admin Duties: Carry out simple administrative tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in F&B or Customer Service (min. 1 year preferred)
• Team-Oriented & Adaptable: Able to work weekends, evenings & public holidays on rotation
• Strong Communication Skills: Friendly, clear, and proactive when engaging guests
• Genuine Passion for Service: You enjoy helping others and take pride in delivering memorable guest experiences

What You'll Receive:

• Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,100
• Gross Salary: Up to $4,000++ with OT, shift allowances, performance bonuses
• Sign-On Bonus: 1 month's base salary upon confirmation (T&Cs apply)
• Flexible Shifts: 5-day work week with morning, afternoon & night rotation
• Night Shift Options Available: With extra allowances
