Job Description:

1. Provide quality customer service support to customers over email and phone.

2. Perform sales order management for customer

3. Download PO from customer portal, Create Sale Order in Epicor system

4. Prepare POD for Customer shipments, Extract and tabulate data for monthly reporting

5. Ensure proper documentation records and filling

Requirement:

1. At least 2-3 years relevant experience on order processing

2. Able to take initiative and hardworking

3. Possess excel skills and knowledge such as, V-lookup, Pivot Table, and simple formular
