- Handle general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications and data entry.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders.
- Prepare reports and maintain filing systems and databases on customers, suppliers and warehouse activities.
- Create and edit documents.
- Arrange deliveries, prepare packages for deliveries.
- Report on company income, spending and claims.
- Other ad hoc activities
- Singaporean / PR Olny
- Min. GCE N Level
- No experience is needed, training will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Welcome Retiree to apply
- Willing and able to commit long-term.
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Monday - Friday (9:00 am-6.00 pm)
- Duration: Permanent full time Role
