  • Assist with daily warehouse tasks to improve service quality, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
  • Support customer service by ensuring prompt, reliable service and quickly addressing any issues.
  • Apply best practices across service standards, operations, and customer care.
  • Oversee CRM activities, conduct internal reviews, and plan relevant follow-ups.
  • Continuously learn and apply knowledge to improve operations and grow professionally.
  • Keep accurate customer records, including quotes and approvals.
  • Manage shipping documents (e.g., Customs, Tradenet).
  • Handle monthly invoicing to customers.
  • Take initiative, boost productivity, and assist with additional duties when needed.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and keep them updated on services and new products.
  • Work with managers to plan account strategies.
  • Help grow the customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understand and meet key customers' specific needs while tracking market trends.
