• Assist in customer service and inventory control, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery, with immediate resolution of any service lapses.
• Implement best practices in service standards, warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer engagement for optimal efficiency.
• Manage and oversee CRM activities for assigned accounts, including conducting internal reviews and planning follow-up actions.
• Continuously acquire knowledge to deliver quality operational services and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Maintain organized customer files, including quotations, approvals, and relevant documentation.
• Handle shipping documentation processes such as Customs and Tradenet submissions.
• Generate and process monthly customer billing accurately.
• Be proactive and self-motivated in increasing productivity and supporting additional tasks as assigned.
• Resolve customer-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Keep customers informed about service updates and new offerings.
• Collaborate with managers to discuss and plan strategic account management.
