Job purpose
The purpose of Customer Service Officer is to process order and co-ordinate operations within the Company. The department is a link between Sales to operations. Customer Service Officer is to execute timely completion of orders and delivered to customers.
Duties and responsibilities
• \tAttend to telephone and email sales inquiries for all range of product in Tat Lee Engineering
• \tRequire basic desk research to support business development activities, collate and circulation of industry/product information.
• \tProcessing of Sales quotation, Sales Order to Delivery Orders, to ensure all processing are on time
• \tRequire to review contracts (e.g. Sales Agreement, Sales Blanket Order, Customer's Purchase Order.
• \tLiaise with freight forwarders on incoming and outgoing shipment.
• \tAttend to walk-in customers.
• \tFollow up on status of Sales quotation and Sales Orders
• \tCoordinate with in-house operation team for manufacture and delivery schedule.
• \tResponding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• \tMaintain office files and records
• \tTo assist Finance department to follow up payment with customers
• \tGenerate necessary sales reports for reporting to Sales Manager
• \tAd-hoc tasks pertaining to job role and business needs will be reviewed and may be assigned accordingly by the HOD.
Qualifications/Requirements
• \tMinimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma of Logistic Management or Diploma of Supply Chain Management or
Equivalent.
• \tMicrosoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint).
• \tSAP knowledge will be an advantage.
• \tAble to work in fast paced environment.
• \tPossess good communication and business writing skills
• \tService oriented
