Job Responsibilities
Job Requirement
- Troubleshooting of Faults by End Users using Phone / Remote Software
- Knowledge to handle PCs, Notebooks, Peripheral & Printer faults
- Assist in Setup of New PCs and Installation of Softwares / Local & Remote
- Respond promptly to fault ticket via system and phone
- Possess customer service skills to communicate with end users
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 -2 year(s) of working experience is preferred
- Written and spoken language proficiency for English and Chinese speaking clients
- Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and organize tickets according to priority in the Company Ticketing System and distribution of tickets to engineers
- Able to complete competency test arranged
