Job Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting of Faults by End Users using Phone / Remote Software
  • Knowledge to handle PCs, Notebooks, Peripheral & Printer faults
  • Assist in Setup of New PCs and Installation of Softwares / Local & Remote
  • Respond promptly to fault ticket via system and phone
  • Possess customer service skills to communicate with end users

Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 -2 year(s) of working experience is preferred
  • Written and spoken language proficiency for English and Chinese speaking clients
  • Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify and organize tickets according to priority in the Company Ticketing System and distribution of tickets to engineers
  • Able to complete competency test arranged
