Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Business Analyst with a strong background in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Investment Banking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM implementations and a deep understanding of front-office workflows. Exposure to Banker's Desktop or similar advisory tools is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CRM enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, and IT teams.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support configuration, testing, and rollout of Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Ensure alignment of CRM workflows with wealth management and advisory processes.
• Leverage knowledge of Banker's Desktop to enhance RM tooling and customer interaction models.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce CRM.
• Domain expertise in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Banking.
• Experience working with or exposure to Banker's Desktop or similar RM advisory platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Salesforce certifications (BA, Admin, or Consultant) are a plus.
