Job Scope:

• Provide hospitable reception services for all guests and residents
• Address inquiries via phone or in person, offering accurate information or directing to the appropriate department
• Support office operations with clerical tasks
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy, maintaining a positive experience
• Facilitate resident admissions, discharges, and related paperwork
• Coordinate transportation for medical appointments and manage logistics
• Organize guest reservations and visitation schedules

Job Requirements:

• Min experience in customer service or hospitality settings
• Fresh graduates are welcome too
• 5-day work week (including Sat, Sun & PH), Rotational Shift
• Permanent Contract
